Fantasy Non Fiction is a fierce New Orleans four piece rock band, featuring the original music of drummer/vocalist Rose Cangelosi. A vivid, kaleidoscopic sound is colored with an array of musical influences that illustrate the strikingly honest songwriting.
Candid poetic lyricism speaks to the genuine nature of each song, whether commenting wryly on the strange nature of the social universe and unrequited love, or reflecting remorsefully on a glass-shattering temper tantrum.
Representing only a fraction of the prolific repertoire you’ll hear at a live show, their ten-track self-titled debut showcases catchy melodies and tight performance, while leading listeners on musical sagas through what makes our everyday lives full of fantasy.
